Naolib lists a direct tram 1 journey from Gare Nord: use Beaujoire on the Beaujoire branch or Ranzay on the Babinière branch. Its 27 October guide also lists a tram-train connection at Haluchère-Batignolles-Beaujoire. Check services for your travel date.
