HEXAGONE is an independent project about French football, its clubs and youth-development pathways. Pages are available in French and English. Our analysis turns open data into explicit comparisons with visible dates and limitations.
Facts readers can check
Figures link to their sources. Wikipedia revisions identify the document used; official announcements verify selected claims. Retrieval dates do not replace the cutoff of included matches. Source failures retain the last validated snapshot. Archive photographs and older-season kits are labelled.
Predictions remain on record
Published forecasts remain available after the match with their date, model version and probabilities. They must not be retrospectively replaced by calculations using the result. Injuries, line-ups, minutes and shot-based xG are not covered by our current sources. Probabilities are neither bookmaker quotes nor promises of profit.
Academies without misleading rankings
A player can have several youth stages. Our selection is partial: pathway counts describe this sample rather than the success of all French academies. The official FFF assessment is presented separately. A destination does not establish a direct transfer.
